"Your story is important to me..."
It was for freedom that Christ set us free... Galations 5:1

How can you help?
Be present for each session, ready to make changes.  Turn off your phone and simply be present.  Know that while I will provide direction, compassion and support, you will have to do the work of change.  We will work each session to clarify and support and help you through the difficulties in your life.

Be willing to work outside of the sessions; I will give you practical homework assignments each week.  They are so very important to change and the help you need!
How can I help?
Life can change in an instant and these changes can be hard!  Let me help you navigate the difficult path that you may be facing.  Your story is important to me.

In my private practice, I see individuals with anxiety and/or depression, grief and loss, or life adjustment issues.  I also see families and couples for issues within the family and/or marriage.
